SUMMER READING FOR APUSH & AP WORLD HISTORY - Please consider joining your respective Focus Times on Tuesday and Thursday to learn about summer reading options. AP U.S. History Focus Time is on Tuesday 5/28 and AP World Focus Time is on Thursday 5/30. If you cannot attend, please stop by room 306 by the end of the week to be informed.

EQUESTRIAN TEAM - Anyone interested in joining the Catholic Central/West Catholic Co-Op Equestrian Team is invited to come to an informational meeting on Monday, June 3 @ 3:10pm in the first floor of the Student Center.

THEATER NEWS 

  • So you didn't get a chance to get to yesterday's reveal of Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors. Don't worry. Audition-up sheets are now available on the doors of the Band Room. There are plenty of slots available for next Tuesday's or next Wednesday's auditions. All you have to do is sign-up and show-up. So talk to a friend or two, sign-up on the audition sheets, and come join the fun. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mr. Rose at:  bob_a_rose52@yahoo.com. 
  • Did you hear the news about the fall play? Mr. Harvey will be directing an adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Interested in auditioning? Sign up HERE to secure your spot! Auditions will be held in Mr. Harvey’s room (406) immediately after school (3:10) on Thursday and Friday of next week and are scheduled to run until 4:00 both days.

ROBOTICS NEWS - Spires Robotics Team is looking for team members to help with:

  • marketing / branding / business development
  • videography, photography
  • writing and blogging
  • community engagement
  • graphic design

SUMMER CAMP OPPORTUNITY - Are you interested in Interior Design? Deidre Remtema has been practicing interior design for almost 25 years and still loves what she does! She is frequently asked to offer job shadow opportunities for high school kids interested in the field of interior design and this August, she is offering an interior design camp for students age 16+. It will include field trips, insights from industry leaders and a design project each student will get to develop with guidance from.
