At Catholic Central, we recognize the importance of mental health and its wide impact on our lives. Throughout May, we will host various focus times and initiatives to raise awareness, encourage self-care, and care for our school community.

The weather is warming up here in Western Michigan. Come watch our cougars at the CAT and visit the Cougar Gear Store.

The Cougar Gear Store will be open at the following times at the CAT:

• Boys Lacrosse vs Mattawan - Thursday May 9th - 6:30-8:30pm
• Girls Lacrosse vs EGR - Wednesday May 15th - 6-8pm

Incoming 9th grade girls who are interested in exploring STEM related careers can sign up for a day of inspiring talks and workshops with leading women in STEM on Saturday, May 18th.
